Fresh Peach Pie

Don’t forget to purchase your peaches from Grobe Fruit Farm. They are typically in season from mid-July through Labor Day. 


  • sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package peach gelatin dessert
  • one pre-baked pie shell


Combine sugar, corn starch, and water in saucepan. Cook until clear and thick. Add package of peach gelatin. Cool until slightly thickened. Arrange sliced peaches in pie shell and pour filling over top. Chill until set or for 2 hours. Serve with cool whip.
